Strengthening Teacher Competency & Pedagogical Excellence
- Emphasis on foundational understanding of pedagogy before micro-teaching sessions.
- Structured pedagogical analysis workshops to enhance lesson planning and classroom delivery.
- Integration of reflective teaching practices into regular training modules.
ICT Integration in Teacher Education
- Full utilization of smart classrooms by B.Ed and D.El.Ed departments.
- Mandatory ICT skill development for all faculty to enable production and delivery of digital content and MOOCs.
- Development of a centralized Learning Management System (LMS) for material sharing and assignments.
Research & Feedback-Driven Growth
- Periodic feedback from stakeholders (trainees, alumni, schools, and faculty) to align programs with real-world needs.
- Engagement with the evolving Credit-Based Semester System and NEP guidelines.
- Promoting faculty and student research in pedagogy, inclusive education, and rural schooling.
Curriculum Enrichment through Collaborations
- Organize joint seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs with other teacher education institutions.
- Focus areas: Environmental Education, ICT in Education, Curriculum Design, and Inclusive Practices.
- Encourage student-led mini research projects and action research in internship schools.
Skill Development Beyond Curriculum
- Short-term certificate programs and interactive workshops on soft skills, classroom management, and communication.
- Special sessions on educational psychology, digital literacy, and inclusive teaching methods.
Bridging School–College Gaps
- Initiate School–College Partnership Programs for practical experience and mutual learning.
- Joint development of teaching-learning materials in collaboration with local schools.
- Internship modules aligned with school requirements and contemporary classroom practices.
Library & Resource Expansion
- Strengthen the college library with access to national/international journals and e-books.
- Subscription to digital repositories for teacher education.
- Encourage publication of teaching-learning resources by faculty and students.
Promoting Inclusive and Equitable Practices
- Inclusion of gender-sensitive, disability-friendly, and multilingual educational strategies in training.
- Establishment of an Inclusive Education Cell for sensitization and support.
- Peer learning and mentoring to support diverse learners.
Faculty Development and Support
- Regular training for faculty in innovative teaching techniques and curriculum delivery.
