The following rules and regulations are to be observed by everyone at Gazole College of Education.
Library Timings
The library shall remain open on all working days during college hours.
Membership
Only registered students, faculty, and staff of GCED are entitled to use the library.
Entry
Library entry is allowed for students and staff with ID, following rules, timings, and discipline.
Borrowing of Books
Students may borrow limited books for a fixed period and must return them on time.
Overdue Charges
Late book returns incur fines; students must pay overdue charges to continue borrowing library materials.
Loss or Damage
Students must report lost or damaged books; fines or replacement charges apply to maintain library resources.
Silence & Discipline
Students must maintain silence and discipline in the library, following rules for a peaceful study environment.
Reference Section
The Reference Section provides non-circulating books like encyclopedias and manuals for research within the library.
