To achieve academic excellence, research advancement, and community service in alignment with national and global healthcare goals, Patna College of Pharmacy envisions the following strategic goals for the next five years:
Academic Excellence
- Introduce new UG and PG programs aligned with current pharmaceutical industry trends.
- Regularly update curriculum to match regulatory and industrial needs (AICTE, PCI, etc.).
- Enhance teaching-learning through digital tools, smart classrooms, and blended learning models.
Research & Innovation
- Strengthen research infrastructure by developing advanced laboratories and instrumentation facilities.
- Promote faculty and student research projects with institutional and external funding.
- Establish a dedicated Research & Innovation Cell to guide patenting, publications, and collaborations.
Industry Linkages & Employability
- Forge strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, and research institutions.
- Organize industrial visits, internships, guest lectures, and job fairs for practical exposure.
- Set up a Career Guidance and Placement Cell for employability and entrepreneurship development.
Faculty & Building Development
- Encourage faculty participation in FDPs, seminars, workshops, and higher studies.
- Institute annual performance assessments linked with incentives and recognition.
- Recruit qualified and experienced faculty to strengthen academic quality.
Infrastructure & Digital Advancement
- Upgrade campus infrastructure including laboratories, library, classrooms, and hostel facilities.
- Expand digital infrastructure with ERP systems, e-library, and virtual learning environments.
- Move towards a green, sustainable, and accessible campus.
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Strengthen IQAC for continuous quality monitoring and accreditation readiness.
- Ensure participative and transparent institutional governance.
